While I was waiting for further support from denkovi, I discoverd dashticz
So I bought a android tablet, 3D printed a wall support and went to work on it.
When you first use dashticz, it is a bit confusing, because all the settings are in a text file.
But again: google is your best friend.
This is the result:
I placed this tablet in the kitchen.
Then I wanted the tablet to turn on automatically when I was in the room.
After some searching I found fully kiosk browser
This software checks the room with the camera of the tablet, and turns on the screen when it sees movement.

I aslo managed to connect my honeywell thermostat to domoticz.
